Thông tin chỉ được dùng để phản hồi yêu cầu, đánh giá khả thi, lập báo giá, thực hiện đơn hàng, kiểm soát chất lượng, hỗ trợ sau giao hàng và đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp luật có liên quan.Information is used only to respond to requests, assess feasibility, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, control quality, provide after-delivery support and meet applicable legal obligations.

6. Lưu giữ và an toàn thông tin6. Retention and security
Thông tin được lưu trong thời gian cần thiết cho mục đích hợp tác, nghĩa vụ hợp đồng, chất lượng và pháp luật. An Việt áp dụng biện pháp quản lý quyền truy cập, sao lưu và xử lý sự cố phù hợp với tính chất thông tin.Information is retained as needed for cooperation, contractual, quality and legal purposes. An Viet applies access management, backup and incident-handling measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
